Software Sales Representative/Business Development

As a Software Sales Representative, your role is to seek out and engage “good fit” companies through strategic prospecting and own the entire sales cycle. To do this you will leverage WISK’s existing leads and generate new interest through calls, emails and social media messaging.

 When connecting with a prospect you will learn about their business challenges to determine whether or not WISK will serve as a solution. When you have identified a qualified prospect, your goal is to concisely communicate the value of WISK and gain interest in using our solution across all their venues.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining a respectful, hard working, winning culture.

Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting for qualified leads to closing deals.

Work with internal resources to create and manage a scalable prospecting structure - including template creation, account and contact targeting, testing, and scale.

Work internally with the sales management and marketing  to ensure proper quality and quantity of demonstrations

Schedule and take charge of online product

Conduct needs assessments calls with specific prospects

Maintain systems performance for list creation, lead outreach and follow-up.

Report internally on sales activity, opportunities and sourced revenue.

Curious if you're a fit? Here are some of the skill sets that we look for:

2-3 years experience in Business Development/Software Sales

Fluency in English (French or Spanish is a bonus!)

Sales prospecting experience

Hospitality experience is a plus

Candidate must be based in Canada (Ideally in Montreal orToronto)

The desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals

Strong organizational and time management skills

A sharp focus on goals

Proven experience as a successful quota carrying, new business sales rep in a closing role (i.e. Account Executive).
