Some POS companies charge a separate one-time integration fee or a monthly connection fee. This is something that WISK has no control over.
How many users can be in my WISK Restaurant Management System Account?
We support up to 10 users.
Do you offer free trials for WISK Restaurant Management System?
We only offer a free trial with WISK Bar Management system. Why? It's simple. All alcohol bottles are controlled, their sizes, their barcodes, the weights. Everything is standardized. You can download the app and start scanning right away.
With WISK RMS, it's a bit different. Your tomato, depending on the supplier, will have a different weight, barcode on the packaging (or even not have any bar code at all) and name and price and shipping size. That's why an onboarding is necessary for WISK RMS because more work needs to go into the initial setup.
How does the onboarding work?
A WISK specialist will go over the WISK features with you and show you how to set up your food items in WISK, create recipes and manage your food costs, order with WISK, and more.
Can I cancel any time? Are there any penalty fees?
If you are on a monthly plan, you can cancel your subscription at any time.
There are no penalty fees for cancelling a subscription. Keep in mind, there are no refunds for charges that have already been put through (e.g. if your subscription gets charged on the 1st of every month and you decide to cancel on the 2nd of the month, you will still be allowed access for the remainder of that month and your access to the WISK platform will end the following the month).
Are annual contracts enforced?
We strongly believe in allowing WISK users to have the flexibility of having a month-to-month subscription. Therefore, annual subscriptions are not enforced. If at any point you decide that you’d like to switch from a monthly to an annual subscription, you are able to do so and will receive a discount on your package.
Do you support iOS and Android?
The WISK mobile app is currently only supported on iOS devices. The web dashboard can be accessed on any mobile or computer (Google Chrome is recommended).
Are there discounts for multi-venue/groups?
If you are part of a group of restaurants and/or have multiple locations, please contact our sales team and they will work with you to figure out pricing that makes the most sense for your business.
Are there any setup fees for WISK Restaurant Management System?
There are no setup fees when it comes to implementing WISK with your business. Our in-app tutorials are available and will help get you up and running as frictionless as possible.
