From Hilton teams

What properties say after switching

Teams get faster counts, more accurate reporting, and a workflow everyone can use.

“Typically, it would take three people about four hours to complete the central stockroom inventory. With WISK, I was able to do my first inventory in just three hours by myself. I also love how user-friendly the app is and how easy everything is to scan.”

Marc Daves

Director of Purchasing Waldorf Astoria Orlando & Signia by Hilton Bonnet Creek

“Before WISK, inventory would take us an entire day. Now, with the area setup feature, everyone can contribute — and everything is generated automatically. All the reporting we need is right there.”

FAQ

Questions Hilton teams ask

The short answers to the questions that usually come up before a property moves forward.

Q Are there any fees beyond what's on this page?

No — the setup fee in the pricing table is the full one-time cost for remote implementation. In-person onboarding is the only optional add-on, billed separately.

Q What if our property doesn't fit neatly into one of these outlet bands?

Flag it on the demo call — WISK's team will confirm the right tier, or provide a custom quote if the property is genuinely between bands.

Q Does this replace the Hilton beverage MSA?

No — this page is the general quoting reference for properties working out pricing. The signed Hilton beverage MSA (December 2025) is what lets a property opt in without a full vendor approval process.

Q How long does implementation take?

Most properties are live within a month — a virtual kickoff and system setup in week one, on-site implementation and first live inventory in week two, then full activation as Agilysys and FinTech integrations sync in.

Q What happens if a property needs to cancel?

An account admin submits a cancellation request, confirmed by WISK's billing team once processed. If it's a temporary pause rather than a full cancellation, support can set that up instead.

Note for internal use: this page reflects the general outlet-band F&B pricing framework (confirmed 2026-07-18), not the December 2025 brand-tier MSA numbers (Luxury / Premium / Essentials). Those brand-tier figures remain the reference for individual signed-property MSA pricing and are handled separately from general quoting. Billing-term options (annual vs. quarterly) are not yet confirmed for Hilton deals and are intentionally left off this page pending Angelo's sign-off.
