New to inventory software? Start with beverage.

Bev programs are simpler to set up fewer SKUs, faster recipe entry, cleaner POS data. Most customers go live in 2 weeks. Add food when you're ready.

What counts as an outlet?

An outlet is any independent revenue center that runs its own inventory — its own bar, kitchen, or POS connection. Count anything where staff manage stock separately.

One kitchen, one bar, one inventory pool — even with multiple service areas.
1 outlet · Single Venue
Boutique hotel
A property with one restaurant + one rooftop bar = 2 outlets.
2 outlets · 2-3 band
Resort with multiple F&B venues
Main restaurant, pool bar, lobby lounge, banquet kitchen, golf clubhouse = 5 outlets.
5 outlets · 4-7 band
Casino resort
Casino bar + steakhouse + buffet + poolside + nightclub + lobby café + sportsbook + room service = 8 outlets.
8 outlets · 8-10 band
Restaurant group, 4 locations
Four separate restaurants at different addresses, each with bar + kitchen.
Multi-property · Enterprise
Hotel chain, 6 properties
Six hotels under one corporate roof. Multi-property roll-up needed.

THE WALL OF PROOF

More operators. More results.

You don't have to watch them all. Just scroll this is what it looks like when a company knows what it's doing.

Common questions.

Why should we pay for WISK instead of just using our POS's inventory module or a spreadsheet?
POS inventory modules track sales, not stock — they don't catch theft, over-pouring, or prep waste, which is where most F&B margin leaks. Spreadsheets can track that, but someone has to manually count and enter it every week. WISK automates the counting and variance reporting, so you catch a $2/mo cost creeping up before it becomes a $2,000/mo problem.
Is there a free trial?
We don't offer a free trial — instead, we back WISK with a 60-day money-back guarantee. Use it on your real venue data for two full billing cycles, and if it's not delivering, get a full refund, no questions asked.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Cancellation isn't instant self-serve — an account Admin submits a cancellation request from the Subscription page, and it's confirmed by our Billing team once processed. If you only need a temporary pause rather than a full cancellation, support can set that up instead so your setup stays intact.
Will my price go up after the first year?
Your rate is locked for the billing term you sign — annual or quarterly. Plan or pricing changes are never applied automatically to a signed term.
Are there any setup or implementation fees?
Multi-Outlet 4-7 and 8-10 annual plans include implementation at no extra cost.
What if my property doesn't fit neatly into an outlet band?
Outlet count and tier aren't locked in by a self-serve calculator — flag it on your demo call, or later via your Subscription page, and our Customer Success team will confirm the right tier, or a custom quote if you're genuinely between bands.
How is WISK different from tools like MarketMan or Toast's inventory add-on?
Most competitors are built around one side of the house — either back-of-house food costing or POS-linked beverage tracking, not both under one P&L. WISK's F&B Bundle gives you a combined view so a GM isn't reconciling two separate systems to understand total cost of goods.
Do I need a long-term contract to get started?
No. Quarterly billing exists specifically for teams that don't want to commit to a year upfront — you pay a modest premium for that flexibility, but there's no multi-year lock-in on either plan type.
What happens to our data if we cancel?
Still open: no data retention/export policy after cancellation is published. Worth confirming — this comes up in procurement/security reviews too.
Does booking a demo commit us to anything?
No — the demo is a 30-minute walkthrough on your own venue's numbers, not a sales pitch with a contract at the end. You leave knowing your tier and price; whether you move forward is entirely up to you.
